Playroom Guidelines

  • This is not a cruising space, please do not enter this space in order to find someone to play with.

  • Do not interrupt a scene unless you are invited to join by everyone involved.

  • No phones or drinks are allowed in the playroom.

  • There are some types of play we do not allow at Joyride such as: heavy impact, CNC (consensual non-consent), asphyxiation, rope suspension, blood/needle play, scat and watersports.

  • Play safe - discuss sexual health concerns and use the right and agreed upon protection. Violations of consent with regards to playing safe will be taken seriously.

  • This playroom is likely to be busy. Be conscious of the space you are taking up and be aware of those around you. Paddling and whipping may not be possible if you do not have enough space to play safely.

  • Please consider adopting a safe word or safe gesture to communicate boundaries or breaks from your scene. Our universal safeword is RED and our gesture is to create a timeout T with both hands.

  • There will always be a member of the Welfare team monitoring the playrooms. However, if you notice someone using a safeword/gesture repeatedly or have any cause for concern please let a member of the Welfare team know.

  • Voyeurs - be aware of how you are making others feel. You may be asked to move on if the playroom is busy.

  • Do not masturbate alone in the playroom or anywhere in the venue, you must play as part of a scene.

  • Clean up after yourself and use the bins provided.
